Lens is also a part of camera, so maintain and protect your lens is also an important thing. Today we are going to discuss about the proper cleaning methods to clean your DSLR camera lens. Many people don't know about the cleaning methods, they simply clean the lens or cleaning lotion.So lets go through the good practices that you can adopt to clean your lens.

Good Cleaning Methods & Items Needed

Step 1 : Using Air Blower

First you must remove all the dust particles from your lens, before using the cloth or lotion. Use air blower to blow all dust.

Step 2 : Lens Clean Brush

Then you can use soft lens clean brush to clean all minute particles and make sure there is no particles on the lens top.

Step 3 : Premium Cleaning Fluid

Theses fluids are specially designed for camera lens. Make sure that you are using the lens cleaning fluid with premium quality. Then spray it over the lens.

Step 4 : Premium Grade Lens Tissue

Lens cleaning tissues are very soft and dust lens. So use the cleaning tissue over the lens very gently and smoothly on rotating motion. After that wait for some time to evaporate the fluid completely from the lens.

Step 5 : Cotton Swabs 

Use cotton swabs to clean the lens body. Use can gently roll it over and remove dusts.

Today I am going to discuss about some daily tips to protect your camera from weather conditions. This tips are followed by me for last five years to safe my two DSLR cameras. Advance DSLR Bag

Buy one advance level DSLR camera bag. That types of bags have the inter coating, this may helps your camera to safe from all exterior contacts. By this you can keep your camera safe.

DSLR Protection Case

Now there is one DSLR protection case is available in camera stores. Buy one, that may cover your camera body from all exterior contacts and dust. When you are using this additional cover body, every month you must clean your camera removing this protection case.

Good Cloth

Use one good micro fiber cloth to cover your DSLR camera and this type of cloths don't make a starch on your camera body. Cover it simply, not make to tight on covering and after that you can keep it in your bag.

Remove the Battery

Remove the battery when you are not using the camera. Otherwise there is no use for a longtime it may discharges and when comes in contact with the exterior weather it will damage the battery. Always better keeps the battery in case while its not in use.

Today we gonna discuss about some DSLR camera maintenance. The most important and sensitive part of your camera outside is your camera screen. So lets have some idea to protect your DSLR camera screen.

Screen Guard 

There are so many types screen guards are now available in shop, both the hard type protector and simple plastic type. Both are good ones. If your camera screen is tilt one so you can better go with the plastic type. And your screen is other type, the hard glass type protectors are good.

Good Cleaning Methods

The most important part is that the cleaning method. Here below I'm going to advice some good practices of cleaning your camera screen.

Follow These Methods

1. Use rocket blower to blow the particle dust over the screen.
2. Use camera cleaning liquid and spray it over the screen, and gently remove it.
3. Use micro fiber cloth over the screen softly/gently to clean the screen.

Don't Use These Methods

1. Don't clean the screen with hard cloth.
2. Don't use water, spray or any other cleaning lotions.

So many people don't know about the good cleaning methods, they always use the local sprays or any other screen to clean their screen. Camera screen is the most important part of a camera. Protect it !
